I wish to definitely echo all that has happened in this thread. It has been an issue since I don't know when, called "ghost" from the past no longer even on the clipboard, but items either originally highlighted and copied or words highlighted and then copied, and even files which are copied, or folders copied are, remembered and re-spoken out of the blue, usually though with not much else going on while we're alt-tabbing, or moving by tab to some other place in the same program. It is, irritating in the extreme when it gets in the way of current business.
