Hello,
If you want the open and save dialogs to behave like they did in previous 
versions of Office, do the following:
1.  Open word.
2.  Press alt-f for the file button.
3.  Press T for options.
4.  Down arrow to save.
5.  Tab to "don't show the backstage when opening or saving files and check the 
box with the space bar.
6.  Press enter.

As far as spell checking a document.  The f7 method isn't accessible.

The instructions at the below link should get you going with the Window-eyes 
specific alt-; and alt-' method.

Hi I do not know how to use out look, word or excel I have 2013.   I am
