Well the keyboard commands have not changed. This means that the commands you used with 2007 still work in 2013. The ribbon has not changed. This means that you can still use the ribbon to work with these programs. The window-eyes commands are still the same as well. If you find that you are having a problem with the ribbon you might want to try a office add on called classic menu for office. This will add to the ribbon a office 2003 style menu system. Once you have it installed to bring up the menu system just press alt+q twice. Hth
