Development of Audible Manager has ceased, so there won't be any more updates. At least that's what Audible Support told me a few months ago when I contacted them about lock-ups which might just be those you are getting. My Downloads always complete, however, so if I wait for some time and then restart WE I usually find the audiobook on my hard drive and in good order.
