Hi, That's the issue I'm having. Everything I've contacted them about is
Mediacoms, microsofts fault, etc. My messages to this list were bouncing
back, after two weeks of fwd'ing these bounced messages to W E support and
being told that it was my providers fault andthen spending an hour on the
phone to mediacom tech support and finding out that it was NOT mediacom
issue I received an email yesterday telling me that AI squared had made
some changes and to try sending a message to the list.It now workes. Seems
support's first response to everything is "web developers, mail provider,
etc fault". All these things that don't work in 9 still do in 8.4.

Running WE 9 on a Win 8.1 system.
Have reported to GW about WE losing focus on dialog boxes and web pages.
Got a response back from Doug that this was a Windows issue. Called
Microsoft and they say there is no focus issues with Win 8.1. So the
question now is what next? Leaves me between a rock and a hard spot.
