Hi: The guys at GW, AI Squared, are really good at communicating with us compared to many other software vendors.
I have my issues with WE but not with the staff at all. Take my word, they are working harder than anyone should have to work trying to do what they need to do with the tools at their disposal and the many thousands or millions of lines of legacy code across versions and platforms. If you have gripes about the software or WE model, that is one thing. Having complaints about the staff is out of line and not warranted in my opinion. With things that need to at a minimum, be at least acknowledged and addressed publically, so that we as your customers can feel confident that you are listening to us! That you are in fact, actually taking the time to read our emails! That you are doing what you have been given money to do.
