I wonder which version of MS Office these instructions work for. When I type ALT-T in MS Word 2010 nothing happens.

Press ALT+T and the letter O which will take you into the MS Word options. 3. Then you need to go right down the bottom of the list to trust center. 4. Tab until you reach the button called Trust Centre Settings… Button. 5. Press enter on this button and you will be met with another list of options, you are looking for the option called protected view and tab and then you will be met with a list of checkboxes. 6.
