Likely 2013 because the steps for 2010 are as follows:

1. Go into the document.
2. Press Alt-F for the file menu.
3. Press A for Save as.
4.  You might have to tab or shift tab here to find enable saving. When you 
find it, pres it.
5. That will unprotect the document and you can save it back out that way in 
the usual way.

Hoep this helps as I've had to do it at work where I run Office 2010 on a 
Windows 7  64-bit desktop running WE 8.4 as I've not upgraded yet.  Have to 
have our IT person do that due to how our UAC is set.
