Chip,

just to let you know that I missed none of your trainings sessions. I could
not make it to join them live, coz I'm in Germany and your sessions would
start at 2am, but I listeended to the archived sessions and took some great
ideas out from your examples you supplied. I do a lot of programming to make
my job easier for me and your sessions helped me a lot to fulfill this.
Thanks a lot for all your efforts and I'm sure we'll get in touch,
Ralf

Subject: RE: change in scripting classes

Thanks Jeff, to you and Rick both; this is of course the other reason I
enjoyed doing the classes, because it helped other WE developers.

I do intend to keep on with the classes; someone writing me off-list made me
realize that wasn't clear the way I put it; it's just that the every week
schedule was getting hard for me to keep up. I'll just do them now on an
irregular basis, as people send me ideas
(where they're unclear about something, or when I learn something new).

Because it's not going to be so rigidly scheduled, if anyone would like the
interactive class (when there is one) at a different day and time, please
let me know. This holds true especially for our European friends; if you
would like the live classes so you can ask questions, but the time was too
late, I'd be open to doing them on some Saturday or Sunday morning my time
so it won't be too late there (if you write with a request just specify if
you like the podcast or the live classes, and when if it's the live ones).

Hope this clarifies things somewhat, and thanks to you guys for being so
appreciative.

Chip

    Chip,
I wanted to tell you that I have enjoyed listening to your classes very
much.
I have learned a great deal from you--not only through your classes, but
from your answering questions and the many books that you have sent to me.
Anything that you want to do in the future will be of great interest to me.
You not only know the technical parts of scripting, but you are a great
teacher.
I really enjoy taking the examples that you have given us and actually
getting them to execute, and then making some changes to them myself.
Every time I see an example like that, I learn something that I couldn't do
before, and I add it to my library!
Again Thank you very much!!!
