What is GWM32DLL_ClassName_00000444_13?

Hi All,
What is GWM32DLL_ClassName_00000444_13 which sometimes appears in my list of 
child windows when counting from the currently ActiveWindow, and obtaining a 
list of classnames. This doesn't all ways happen, or should I say this doesn't 
all ways happen immediately, and it all ways appears as the first window in the 
count. this is really messing up my count.
