Is there any benefit of this app, over the AddRemove app that's existed for a while? Or are they simply alternatives?

Subject: UnInstall Program Now Posted!

Hi All!

I have released the first beta version of the UnInstall program one
person requested.
I will make many changes to it in the future, especially updating the
tree view after deletion. At the moment you have to hit the refresh button
or exit the program and re-enter into it to get the list updated.

This program only lists programs that use the "DisplayName" and
"UninstallString" names inside the Registry. There are several other names
that I can add in the future along with adding an edit field so you can
search for any program you want listed.
At the moment you get a tree view of UnInstallable programs which means
they do have a program for UnInstall.
Also a list of all programs that either have a name or UnInstall
program.
You first get a list by name and you can switch to date installed by
holding down the alt key and hitting the D key. Or the reverse by holding
down the alt key and hitting the A key for names or alphabetic listing.

Eventually I will have it list all that is installed by name categories
and add all properties based on the names given by the manufactureer.

Essentially a nice way to look at your installed programs and it's
properties with just one key stroke.

There are many enhancements needed I am sure.

       Sincerely
       Bruce
