Thanks again Martin.
I saw something about using a wysiwyg editor which I know not usually not very
accessible.

I was actually thinking that a TreeView would serve the structure of a
Contents view of a Help system quite well.
i just heard from another provider that they didnt know if their software
would be accessible and they rely heavly on visuals and screen shots so that
was out.
I'll double check WinChm to see if they have a demo I can try out or contact
them directly since a Tree sounds like it might be accessible enough.
I got WorkShop to work a little but still couldnt get the bloody Table Of
Contents built and have no idea how I am suppose to view and arrange the Table
Of contents structure. There are buttons to move things right, left, up and
down but since I cant see where they are in relation to each other and cant
figure out what htm files are linked to which others in the Table Of Contents
so far that WorkShop product is proving more of a pain than it's worth.
I want to create some htm files to document my vb.net program I created and
have a Table Of Contents with a Tree structure of the htm pages.
I also would like to use the htm files as a source of Context Help from
within my vb.net program.
anyway, sigh, I will go back and check out WinChm again to see if I can get a
demo to try out. I dont mind spending a buck if it works and is a good product.

        Hi Rick,
Yes I have with WinCHM, the software contains many templates and one of
the templates provided is for a contents treeview. As long as your links and
directory structure is correct then it works well. I all so struggled with the
microsoft help system.
        Warm regards.
        Martin Webster.

          Hi:
Has anyone created a chm help file like the one used for WindowEyes
Help?
I puttered with html help WorkShop but didnt get very far this
weekend.
Is there something accessible with some decent documentation out
