Hi Rick,
Change the mouse setting to stop getting that extra noise on it. Check your
settings for the mouse and such. But as I said earlier, you may have been
hacked, or there is a silent window you can not read; Avast along with Python
do that, and any languages using the Non Standard controls...
So also check your folder settings and such, even go to the System tray and
see what is running....

Usually if Microsoft pops up a window or dialog it works but this puppy wont
go away.
I havent so far been able to read the dialog with the mouse just getting the
ping ping sound trying to read it with the mouse keys on the numpad.
When I test deleted a file in the documents folder with WE turned off using
Narrator I, apparently, didn't get this window.
Since others have encountered this problem I will do a few more tests to try
and nail down the cause or better define the problem if I can.
Again, I am running windows 8.1 and don't know if it applies to windows 7
machines.

I would expect the second dialog box is giving you an error message. Perhaps
you don't have permissions or it is a file that is in use. You should be able
to read the text of the dialog with the numpad keys.

couldnt easily copy and paste the error text of the message. Evidently it is
not a custom dialog geared for accessibility.
there may be some script based hot key to copy the text of the message but
I just dont know it.
All in all quite frustrating.
Do you know if the delete situation and those windows are script related
and, if so, which scripts do I need to unload?
