It is cut-off frequency in the discrete Fourier transform, 1.0 would
correspond to the Nyquist frequency.  Lower frequencies go to waviness,
higher frequencies to roughness.

I didn't implement the norms in Gwyddion, so I don't know the definition
of lc.

Clicking on Apply creates a new graph from the curve displayed in the
bottom window.  Graph data can be then exported with Graph -> Export
text.
