Hi,
I'm having problems opening a Nanoscope IV (v6.12) file with Gwyddion
2.9 or 2.10. The error I get is "Header field `Samps/line' is missing."
I looked in the header of the file and the lines for
\Samps/line: 1024
\Lines: 512
are there.
I've used gwyddion to process many AFM images taken with that exact same
microscope and sometimes they open with gwyddion and sometimes they
don't. The files are not corrupt, since they open with the nanoscope
software just fine. Does anybody know what could be the problem?
