Hi,
Gwyddion can import a matrix of values, i.e. z-value is in the i-th row and 
j-th column of your datafile (i and j are then x and y coordinates in the 
gwyddion image). Choose "Raw data files" as a File type. You can then tell 
gwyddion how your matrix looks like.
