first of all: Impressive tool!!!
I just have one question: Normally, for very smooth surfaces, i start with a
XY-planefit (1st order) and a linefit (0th order). It seems that a linefit
with Gwyddion is principally possible (Height median correction), but it
seems not possible to use a mask for this (e.g. to exclude particles, higher
topography levels).
Or do i just underestimate the program? ;)
