There exists a small bug in the display of the point spectra of the omicron scala.
The Omicron Scala has it origin for the measurements in the lower left
edge. (Gwyddion uses the upper left). Therefor the topographic data
was flipped while reading some time ago.
This still has to be done for the positions of the point spectra.
