Hello. I am a researcher at the University of Michigan. I am using AFM for a
number of imaging application in mineralized tissues. I am
specifically looking at collagen in these tissue. Collagen has a very
periodic repeat structure along its axial length. I would like to be
able to perform a 1D FFT on a line scan along an individual fibril to
determine the periodicity of the repeat pattern. I use Gwyddion for all of my
image analysis. However, in order to perform the type of
FFT analysis I need to do, I have to import my images in SPIP. I was
wondering if there is any way to get a plugin that may allow me to
perform the types of analysis I am interested in doing in Gwyddion. Thanks you
