I wonder what you need this for but I suppose you would have to kill me if you told me... Regarding the coordinates in extracted profiles, it is relatively easy to add an option to the tool. That is, if we can come to a sensible definition of what should be kept and where. Do you propose to transform the abscissa values on the profiles? But how? Or attach the information to the graph curves somewhere? The only available place is probably the curve title.
