Thank you for your quick response but I'm afraid I need more explicit 
instructions before my pleasure is complete.  I loaded the Win32 installer 
version from 2009-06-18 but I don't see how to get a PSDF profile at an 
arbitrary angle.  Under the menu Data Process->Statistics there is no PSDF 
option.  Under Tools->1D statistical functions I find PSDF and radial PSDF 
but do not see how to make either pertain to an arbitrary azimuthal angle.
