If the peaks are well separated, fitting each individually (you can
select a range on the graph in Fit Curve) should work well although it
might be a little cumbersome.

Otherwise, I can add a two-Gaussian fitting function if you wish --
though likely with a just very crude initial parameter estimation method
as automated multipeak fitting is hard and somewhat marginal for
Gwyddion.
