- From "private conversation" during my Diploma (Master) Thesis I know
than the "wishes" are quite low - simply the possibility to gather this
data and do some statistics (average, difference, sum, numerical diff.)
on a subset of these points - however doing something meaningful with
the grid-structure would also be nice - even if it would we to introduce
some new structure to handle this data without scaling issues
