I want to use the Windows version of gwyddion for the analysis of large AFM files. My instrument (SIOS NMM1) generates rather unusual output (normally 8 text files per scan). I plan to use a filter program to convert them to a more handy format. So I have three questions:
1) is there a field size limitation in the Windows gwyddion version? 2) what would be the most universal file format? (ISO 28600?) 3) is there already an user out there with the same problem (or solution)?
