Hi,
I am using JEOL's WinSPM software for STM. It saves the data as tiff images,
but somewhere in the tiff the measurement parameters are stored. When I go back
home (I am abroad) I will need to access this information, and will not be able
to use WinSPM.
Does anyone know how to get the measurement parameters from the tiff images??
Does Gwyddion do that?
