Hello, I am using Gwyddion 2.3 on Windows 7. I would like to see the 1-D PSD function of a central region of my AFM data. I masked my region of interest as a rectangle. Then, I inverted this region. Leveling tools work pretty well, because I have the option to just choose the masked or unmasked region. However, when I click on the 1-D statistical functions. The "Masking mode" region of the window at the bottom of the window is completely grayed out for me. It would be great if somebody can explain to me why I cannot see the 1-D PSD for the unmasked region. It is grayed out, and the default is "Use the entire image (ignore mask)". It would be great if I can change it to the "Exclude masked region". Thanks, Kiarash,
