I hope the version number is a typo. > I would like to see the 1-D PSD function of a central region of my AFM > data. I masked my region of interest as a rectangle. Since no one knows how to calculate the PSD[*], it can be calculated only for rectangular regions – which, however, seems to be sufficient in your case. Regards, Yeti [*] Technically, this is not true as I have figured out a method. But it is not available in Gwyddion yet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Windows: Build for Windows Store. http://p.sf.net/sfu/windows-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Gwyddion-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gwyddion-users
