There are many makers of pinking shears...there are some fancy shaped
ones, but I think they are mostly used for paper...not sure you could
justify them historically anyway.

Be sure to make a test on a scrap and apply very sparingly. The
microbrushes work well for this kind of work. Trying to apply it
straight out of the bottle will make a big mess.
