Personally, I wouldn't touch it if it were mailed to me, free. And sure not for several hundred dollars. I've seen some seriously tacky [EMAIL PROTECTED] aimed at the non-sewing SCA crowd (and, I assume at other non-sewing reenactors/hobbyists of relatively same time frame and required authenticity level), and that particular gown's right in there with the "please, god, make it go away" stuff....
