Hmm
M'lady is wearing not one, not two, but three separate pairs of isis wings (blue, orange, burgundy/black) and a very muppet-fuzzy purple shrug. I will soon be adding two more pairs of isis wings. (red, purple)
M'lord is wearing a mostly constructed and partially fitted double breasted vest (black wool) for my husband to wear at the Steampunk party we are hosting Nov 1. ( I have a big pile of blue and black taffeta and nylon netting strips that I keep hoping will assemble themselves into a ruffled skirt for me, but alas it seems I have to do the gathering and sewing myself. *sigh*)

Date: Mon, 29 Sep 2008 11:09:42 -0700 It's that time of year: holiday parties, winter balls, theater season, company dinners, Diskens Fair, New Years Eve, cocktail parties,12th Night. You might even be planning a sojourn to a balmy tropical locale. Whatever the reason, h-costumers are probably making something. So, what's your dressmaker's dummy wearing today? --cin Cynthia Barnes [EMAIL PROTECTED] PS. It's ok to run into the sewing room, toss something marvelous on the dummy and *then* tell us about it. It's also ok to tell what's on your design sketchbook, worktable, at the sewing machine or in the embroidery hoop. _______________________________________________ h-costume mailing list h-costume@mail.indra.com http://mail.indra.com/mailman/listinfo/h-costume
