If you go to thesewingacademy.org and search for a gentleman by the name of Jim Ruley he drafts custom men's patterns from the 1860's using period tailoring manuals. For as complicated as a frock is the pattern he makes will take a lot of the fuss out of the pattern for you getting you one that is very nearly ready to cut, only a few fitting alterations will be needed.
