I quite like what I see. I'm in IRC now if you'd like to toss some  
ideas around.

As skippy says, the design of hp.o is definitely a contentious issue,  
but I don't think that should prevent us from doing much-needed  
improvement.

I am very excited about your enthusiasm to port the design over to the  
forums and vanilla. I've often felt the lack of consistency was  
detrimental, but frankly don't want the pain of dealing with MediaWiki.

Perhaps we could also port said design to Trac or whatever-new-bug- 
solution-we-adopt?

As skippy said, transparency is important in this situation. If you're  
willing, I think working together in IRC would be beneficial, with  
periodic reports back to -dev.
