Reducer is on top of DailyProjectData, which uses workspace to do the filtering. Getting unattached issues in reducer requires bypassing DailyProjectData mechanism. It's doable but very messy.
Yuck.
So, I guess, we try manual approach for a while until somebody gets tired.
