Oops... I guess I should've warned you that something like that might happen... I've run it over most modules on my personal computer and most times it never completed. I was hoping hackydev would be ok though.

I think it would be better if FindBugs could be run for each module. Unfortunately, FindBugs requires that you specify where the class files are and it runs over those in the directory specified. Since the entire Hackystat is compiled into one place it might be difficult to run it on only one module.
