Maybe it is just me but I feel like it could be good to bring this up. I
committed changes today without specifying an issue ID in my message. I
could shoot myself on head for my careless but it will be really great
to modify the commit log message. So I went through and luckily found
Tortoise SVN has the capability to change the commit author and log
message. Unfortunately I've got this message
"Repository has not been enabled to accept revision propchanges"
My question is whether we can install this hook to enable post log
message modification? Here is the information I found about propchange
