[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] HackyDev and Lastest Build

It seems the integration build box was rebooted sometime early this 
morning. Some of the configurations were not built, but we do have a 
successful build of ALL configuration. Checkstyle 4.2 works OK, and the 
problem was the checkstyle-3.1.jar file as Aaron said. By the way, I 
have restored the DevBox services.
