The public server is down, and instead of restarting it immediately, I have just kicked
off a build of hackystat-UH which I will move onto the public server once it completes in
30-40 minutes.
So, the pub server will continue to be down for the next hour.
The power was off in the building when I came in this morning, and came back up around
8:15am.
