Is the ticket passed from client to server in each RPC? It'd be a lot more
efficient to send the ticket on connection establishment once and then re-use
it in the server for subsequent RPCs from the same connection.
This could be in the RPC layer itself, although that may not make sense.
Alternatively, the ticket could be passed along in getProtocolVersion() which
is always invoked
at the start of each session.
