I think both HADOOP-2238 and HADOOP-2246 made into branch-0.15. However
what you suggest is also ok with me, considering HADOOP-2238 is not a
blocker (it is for safari users only), and HADOOP-2246 is a blocker but
it changes CHANGES.txt. By the way, if the policies are loosened a bit,
we may not have to repeat all the tests for the one-liner and the
documentation change. Anyway either is fine with me.
