Not exactly a superset, I made it from scratch, to later find out it
had already been done. Tried the existing one, but didn't like all of
it, so I took the parts I liked, and added them to the one I had made,
and the posted file is the result.

The one I made recognizes HTML and CSS keywords for property names,
but then again, I had never made a jEdit mode before, so I just
followed the docs and made it work.

I think it works better, but somebody who really knows should check it
before, I may have made a few mistakes and I don't know if erros in a
mode file could have any negative impact in jEdit.
