Any of the following will work:

!height = 50px
#foo
  :height = !height + 10

!height = 50
#foo
  :height = !height + 10px

!height = 50px
#foo
  :height = !height + 10px

or even

!height = 50
#foo
  :height = (!height + 10) * 1px
