Ok, please remove both options again.

What we have to find out is if haproxy or the system are
in some kind of call loop. The average CPU load is therefor
not that important, its the CPU load in the very second the
upload happens thats important.

Ok, could you redo this trace with the "-d" option and
without the nokqueue configuration.

Error 35 is EAGAIN, afaik this is expected (and should be handled
without problems).
