Logs are visible to every logged-in user, no matter if they are part of the organization or not.
But as Ilya already confirmed, any "plaintext" secrets that appear in the logs are redacted. Of course this does not protect against base64 encoded tokens appearing in the logs, e.g. when using HTTP "Basic" authentication.
