Hi Randy,

Yes, it does work. Harbour MSVS builds don't rely
on MSVS dynamic C RTL, so you don't even have to
install any MSVS redistributables.

Note, that you cannot use -DUNICODE builds of Harbour
if you want to run the final apps on Win9x/ME systems.
[ Maybe there is a workaround with unicows.dll, but
it doesn't currently work for Harbour. ]
