thank You! I was trying to look at latest 0.55 release, and found only
mandriva files.
Still unable to find the reason (and .exe file) of 193 error. Do I need
c:\cygwin\bin in my PATH? If I include it, I get a few more (ignored)
errors from /usr/bin/sh.
