Brazil, 6089.91, Radio Bandeirantes, 0940-1000 Noted a male and
female in Portuguese language comments. Just talking this morning
with some ADs or Promos. Band was really noisy this morning making copy
difficult for the weaker stations like Bandeirantes tough.

in Spanish comments until 1037 when a male commences to talk.
