CFLY 98.3 and CBCK 107.5 Kingston, Ontario are both about 100KW at 500 feet, 220 miles away from me. It seems like I have "constant" tropo scatter from them the last few months.

It happens in the morning, at night.. I haven't noticed a time when it isn't happening. I suspect My height, the fact the frequencies are pretty empty here and that the transmitter sites are close to water make this possible.
