downloaded the latest version of CXoffice and ran CPRS with the intention
of pointing it to the online VA demo. The splash screen comes up and
there is what definitely appears to be a network related

out how to pass the parameters CPRS needs to find the server. It may
not work beyond this point even with the parameter passed correctly, but
it's worth knowing if it does.
