Anna -- Unless you have created your own C code to be linked with GT.M, this is clearly a malfunction of some sort: a software malfunction in GT.M, a Linux shared library, or the kernel; or a hardware malfunction; or somehow the process being inadvertently sent an inappropriate signal.
Instead of taking up group bandwidth, please write to me directly at ks dot bhaskar at fnf dot com, and tell me: * What version of GT.M are you running? * Are there any GT.M messages in the operator log around the time of the failure? * Is there a core file in your current working directory? * Is the error repeatable? Thank you very much. -- Bhaskar On Tue, 2005-04-26 at 17:59 +0530, Anna Joseph wrote: > Working with the Medicine package i ordered a GI procedure > (laprascopy)from CPRS. when I saw the "VA for > the alert i faced the following problem: > > Consult/Request Alerts Apr 26, [EMAIL PROTECTED]:58:38 Page: > 1 of 0 > > TESTING,Y 907-02-0205 FEB 2,2005 (0) Wt (lb): > > > > Requested St No. Consult/Procedure Request > > 1 04/26/05 p 9 LAPRASCOPY GASTROENTEROLOGY Proc > > > > > > Enter ?? for more actions > > DD Detailed Display > > RT Results Display > > PT Print Form 513 > > CM Add Comment > > Select Action: Quit// /usr/local/OpenVistA/vista: line 78: 4319 > Segmentation fault $gtm_dist/mumps -dir > > [EMAIL PROTECTED] vista]$ > > > What is this /usr/local/OpenVistA/vista: line 78: 4319 Segmentation > fault $gtm_dist/mumps -dir? > > Anna ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Tell us your software development plans!
