EXACTLY (precise) is one of the most useful date functions and we USE it
several hundred times daily. The very heart of our management is a file we
call "Tracker." We log and tabulate tasks to manage process and quality. We
also find it especially helpful to keep track of those still in the office
or discharged. 
Two examples of the tracker:

While we don't have all the fields display precise - MAY 17, [EMAIL 
PROTECTED]:48:25 -
we can calculate to seconds time in task. These times are usually generated
by a simple entry of an "n" (for "now") to create any entry. What is seen
here is a graphic display of what is presented to the user and only a small
fraction of the "power under the hood." ...tx/t
